About Enumerate Consulting

A professional Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice built on accuracy, integrity and partnership.

Who we are

A trusted partner in the built environment

Enumerate Consulting supports clients in navigating the financial, contractual and technical complexities of the built environment. With offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we work across education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, housing and public infrastructure projects.

We believe that the best outcomes come from collaboration. Our team works closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to keep projects aligned to cost, scope and programme, while maintaining transparent communication throughout.

Approach

How we work

Every commission begins with understanding the brief, constraints and risks. We develop clear cost baselines, realistic programmes and practical reporting structures that give decision makers the information they need at the right time.

Our work is structured, methodical and calm. We maintain discipline in documentation, keep audit trails intact and make sure that all stakeholders are kept informed. Whether we are leading a project or supporting a design team, our role is to remove uncertainty and support sound, defensible decisions.

Values

What guides us

We measure carefully, benchmark thoughtfully and provide information that clients can rely on.

Collaboration

We work as part of the professional team, not outside of it, and we support integrated design and delivery.
